Roosters for Big 200, Dec. 2011
Here are the latest pieces for the upcoming show at People's Art of Portland. The Big 200 happens Dec. 10th from 2-10 on the top floor of Pioneer Place. Its one of my favorite shows to participate in, with over 200 artists in one space and everyone in the holiday spirit. There are over 2,000 paintings in one area, stacked in rows atop each other. They remind me of the jars in a candy shop. It really is a feast.

Gorilla Paintings
These fellas were inspired by a dear friend and Gorilla champion. She lives in Germany and painting these hairy gentlemen kept me in her company for an afternoon.
